A COMMUNITY OF
Experts and strategists built for the work.
Our work is only as strong as what we do with it. That is why we intentionally assemble teams for the clarity, community insight, and place-based, workable strategies required to turn evidence into community change.
How We Build Teams
The right people for the right questions, in the right place.
We don’t believe every community, organization, or question requires the same team. Our approach is intentionally assembled, adaptive, and grounded in the realities of the work, organization, and community.
We partner with a community of trusted professionals who continue to serve in their fields, professions, and communities of expertise and join our work as needed based on project scope, community context, and specialized expertise.
Our model gives partners access to senior-level thinking, field-informed strategy, and practical implementation support from the right people, at the right time, not a one-size-fits-all consulting team.
Leadership Team
Leading with scholarly, practical, and community responsibility.
