Jack Brandl is an operations and organizational strategy leader who helps community-based, mission-driven organizations build the infrastructure, governance, and internal systems required to grow sustainably. As Chief Operating Strategist at Re/val Strategies, Jack leads operational expansion and logistics, as well as oversee our juvenile justice efforts, supporting partners through strategic planning, organizational leadership, governance, and community-engaged approaches that move initiatives through the change process.

With more than a decade in the nonprofit sector, Jack has held leadership roles spanning executive management, resource development, and organizational development. He has served as Executive Director of a Chicago-based nonprofit focused on positive youth development and disrupting cycles of violence, and previously led development and operations efforts across community-based and affordable housing ecosystems. Jack also brings experience from juvenile justice settings in Ohio, including work supporting efforts to reduce recidivism and strengthen youth transition back to the community. Across roles, his work has included fundraising, program building, and translating strategy into day-to-day systems that teams can maintain.

A Chicago native, Jack is known for bringing clarity, steadiness, and people-centered systems to complex work. Jack holds an MSW from The Ohio State University with a specialization in mental health and substance abuse, and a Bachelor of Arts in public management, leadership, and policy from The Ohio State University with a specialization in community organization and civic engagement. He is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Illinois.
